I am a professionally qualified homeopath, having completed a four year course at the College of Homeopathy in 1998. I am a licensed member of the Society of Homeopaths working towards full registration. As such I operate within their ethical guidelines and under their professional insurance.

I also qualified as a registered nurse in 1981. I have worked within the sphere of conventional medicine for a long time and I have come to believe that homeopathy can be used alongside conventional medicine to treat people with all kinds of ill healthIt can also be used as a stand alone treatment. In particular I feel it is beneficial in conditions in which symptoms can only be controlled by continuous drug treatment with little or no hope of eventual cure. This type of condition could include ailments such as arthritis, asthma and eczema. It also seems particularly effective for menstrual and menopausal symptoms and stress related illness and for weakened immune systems. Homeopathy can be used for any acute or chronic illness and for all  age groups.
