During the mid 90’s I went through a highly charged personal and emotional period and thankfully a friend suggested taking a course of treatment in Aromatherapy & Massage for relaxation.  This proved to be the turning point in my life and the catalyst that set me on the path towards complimentary therapies. 

Over a period of time I have devoted to several different therapies. I am a Reiki Master and practice & teach Reiki.  I am also qualified in Holistic Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage & Hopi Ear candling (Thermo Auricular Candling). To further my career I qualified as an Adult Education tutor in 2005 and subsequently teach for several different organizations all around the Holistic Therapy subject.

Adding to my skills I am a Nutritionist Consultant for a World Wide recognised company which allows my clients’ needs to be viewed with a more complete holistic approach.
