REY LEAR: Hypnotherapist

I trained as a class teacher from 1970 and, about that time, I became interested in transcendental meditation.  Since then I have studied and practised many forms of meditation and relaxation exercises.  My work as a primary teacher took me to Southampton and later to Leicester.  Eventually, in 1982 we moved to Brackley where I taught primary class music in rural schools for many years. 

Some time later I visited a hypnotherapist to help me with a sleeping problem and I became fascinated with the power and techniques of hypnotherapy. I decided to learn more about it and studied at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester for a year before qualifying with distinction.

I love having the opportunity to meet new people and to listen to their perspective on life.  I find it very rewarding to be able to help people to resolve their difficulties.
