One of the unique features of Bowen is that the patient is allowed resting times throughout a session to enable the body to react to the treatment before the practitioner continues with further work.  Initial consultations and treatments can take up to 1 ½ hrs and while follow up treatments can take as little as 10 minutes we always allow 30 in case the patient needs more time.
